Have a power loss in engine. Have changed spark plugs. Car will start and drive. but has little power. it spudders. what could it be

What year do you have? I had a '92 Beretta GTZ. The problem I had was the sleeves around the plugs. Three of the four were arcing. It made a huge difference. I also had problems with the fuel pump a few times.

well first of all quad 4s have so many problems i dont even like talking about them , but its possible your timing is out of whack and ignition breakdown or plugged fuel filter or fuel pump pressure and volume . seen it happen when engine is a bit out of time causeing weak spark
