I have a question about redline underbody light kit ?

when i wired it up the why the book says too only the sides lite it as 2 transformers one for the sides and another is for the front and back it came with a little box for it to do 4 differnt things like glow to music eng. ect when i take the one for the sides and set it up they glow fine but when i set up the one for the front and back it trys to run all 4 but if i set it up to the book i get nothing any help would nice

He called the manufactor and they sent him to their tech help. after much discussion it was fould that they were meant to be installed by wrapping together wires and electrical tape, as in no electrical connectors or soder splices. Turns out they need the loss resistence to work. He removed all his beautiful work and did as told and they worked perfect.
