How can I reprogram the keyless entry system. I don't have a manual and the numbers under the dash are illedgible and smeared.

You cant reprogram it. You can bring it to the dealer and they can pull the entry code for you. The keyless entry module has one master code and you can add a code to it but you cant eliminate the master code. You will need the master code to set a 2nd one though sorry.

my 89 ford probe was driving then just stalled and will not start no spark and fuel pump is not working??

Within five seconds, enter the new five-digit keyless entry keypad code. The door locks will lock and unlock to confirm the new code is programmed. Entering any new personal code will automatically erase the old personal code.
