Automatic transmission noise i hear when it change gears?

Question:
when my car change gears its fine from 1st to 2nd gear but when it hits 2-3rd gear i hear a light metal scrape noise and from 3-4th gear it back normal, it only does this in 2-3rd gear and sumtimes only when the car is warmed up after about 10 minutes of driving. any body have a clue or idea? i took it to my dealership and they say they couldnt hear or find anything, also the guy at the dealership rode around the block with me and he say he couldnt hear any defects but i do as im the daily driver. the harder i accelerate the louder the faint metal scrape noise/pitch. any help. my car only has 23,000 miles.

what light is the light that continually lights up on my dashboard,it looks like an engine. i have a vectra?

the transmission should still be under warranty. you didn't say the make of the car as some like dodge have a noise that is normal. take it back after it has warmed up enough and take a technician who can hear better, maybe 2 of them.
