Get one of those "mobile bumper" repair guys that the dealers use. They'll charge you maybe $150 bucks and do a good job. It may not last as long as a factory paint job but a body shop will charge over $500 to repaint a bumper.

It isn't a "magic pen" so much as a "magic brush"...Almost any auto store, or auto paint store (not regular paint stores) have "touch up paint" in little bottles with a tiny brush inside the cap...you need to find the primary paint color code to get an exact match, and be very careful aplying it, but it does work, and can be "un-noticeable" if you take your time.Listen to the first guy..for I am one of those guys he speaks of.
