I need to get to my blower motor on my alero but I can't seem to figure out how to get to it. There was a mouse nest stuck up there the first time and I think either the mouse is dead or another nest stuck up in there again. I know you need to take the dash off on the passenger side but can't figure out how to get it off. Then not too sure where to go from there. So I am looking for an answer that will help me get to what I am trying to achieve from square one. So can anyone out there help me? I already spent $34 the first time. Trying to save some money this time. Thank you for your help. It is greatly appreciated.

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
Remove the right side instrument panel (IP) insulator.
Reposition the BCM aside. Refer to Body Control Module Replacement in Body Control System.
Disconnect the blower motor electrical connector.
Remove the blower motor retaining screws.
Remove the blower motor and fan assembly.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Install the blower motor and fan assembly. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Install the blower motor and fan assembly screws. Tighten Tighten the screws to 5 N.m (45 lb in ).
Connect the blower motor electrical connector.
Install the BCM into position.
Install the right side IP insulator.
