Does it really matter where I get my gas from?
although i am not familiar with that make...anything is possible to have made, for the right amount of money.Why is my 1991 caprice dumping so much gas it cuts off?
realistically, if it didn't come with power steering, the vehicle doesn't need one. give your arms a nice work out. (At least you don't have a 1950's truck with no power steering!)

perhaps you can find a model of Citroen that is similar that has power steering and get the:
steering column, power steering unit, power steering pump, bracket, pressure and return lines, and steering rods and linkages, not to mention probably most of the front end, as well as the necessary pullys and belt(s)--

and then swap all those over to your car.
Whew! And that's some of what i know about power steering. Unless the Citroen used a hydraulically assisted rack and pinion system.more work.
So, yeah, you can have stuff made or perhaps swap parts, but is it worth the time and money to you?
