this cars just recently started to die on me---usually when i am driving down the road it will spit and sputter and then silently die -- no shaking at all. also when i come to a stop it will some times die as well. i thought it may have been low on gas so i put a few dollars in and it ran fine for about 20 minutes, i started it up just fine today but when i drove down the road is when it began to die on me --- if you can help me pin point this problem it would be greatly appreciated--you can also reach me on yahoo messenger under the name thrillamilla_15---thanx in advance...

sounds like a faulty fuel sensor or a bad fuel pump that runs then stops.also you could have a bad distributor. you can guess all you want and if your lucky you may find the cause but you should take it to an honest garage and have it scanned it will put out codes the times it would not start and tell the mechanic exactly whats wrong. do not let them tell you the car has to not be running to scan it the scan will expose any problems with a code numberHow do i wire my glow gauges i just got?
