MKIII supra Transmission swap? Auto to Manual?

hello all, this is my second account on answers because yahoo deleted my original email account for some reason which i really needed but what are you going to do... my crudentials(activeness on answers) dont look good right now, but i am in dire need of a tutorial similar to the one i am going to post below, i want to convert my auto tranny to a manual tranny in my 1986.5 toyota supra n/a. I just dont want to have it apart and get stuck somewhere. also i have a list of parts i am going to need, if i need anything else please let me know, thanks in advance.

clutch master cylinder
clutch slave cylinder
manual driveshaft
manual gearbox
manual bellhousing to fit your engine
clutch kit to suit whatever gearbox you have
clutch line to go between the master and slave cylinders
driveshafts and prop shafts
