they say that because typically the gas prices go up in the summer because of more people traveling and driving more places...not a fact just an opinion..but it seems real.

Car problem- the stick in my car does not move. The button on the stick pushes in but doesn't move up or down.

Quite simply put, summer gas has additives in it to reduce pollution, & is sold in, & around the larger citys. Winter gas doesn't, & is sold in rural areas.
