Question:
I'm looking for the spark plugs on my 97 Pontiac Sunfire 2.4L, but am having no luck. My only guess is that they are under the aluminum cover... Any ideas?

Under the cover. Unplug the ignition module, remove the bolts that hold the cover down and remove it. If you are replacing the plugs you should also replace the rubber boots too. If you are doing this because the engine runs extremely bad you should remove the big plastic assembly mounted to the cover and closely inspect it for burned areas. These coil covers go bad a lot, sometimes you can't see it either. Make sure the plug boots go onto the plugs when you put back together!
