Where are the hazard lights located on a 90 Olds Ciera?

I have looked and couldn't find them. Two men passing by looked and couldn't find them either. WHERE are the hazard lights hiding? Is it possible that my car doesn't have them?

Its located under the ignition. ( where you put the key in to start) Its a little round knob, Push the CENTER IN to turn on the Hazards , To turn them off PULL the OUTER RING kinda hard and they will shut off
