Question:
range of Cylinder head temp in deg. cencius, Exhaust gas temp , Manifold pressure in " Hg for aircraft piston engines
Answers:
Plus all that changes with altitude and load, a graph for each variable would need to be 3-d and then you would need a computer program to intergrate these variables.
OR just get a simulation program.
I have a 1998 windstar van. It has a loud nocking in the engine.?
GO TO THE MANUFACTERER OF THE ENGINE, if this a school assignment goggle it, and you'll get some good info
Depends 100% of the aircraft engine and the airframe to some extent. For example a Piper Arrow II can take a touch over 25 In HG MAP, but an F-6 can take upwards of 45 in HG. EGT and cylinder head temp are the same way. Way too many different types of engines and makers of engines to even begin to come up with an average tolerance. They are all completely different. Start consulting POH's if anything you can find.
