I'm looking for a threaded linkage (M/F) that swivels. What is this called and where can I find it?

Question:
It swivels like a ball joint or a Heim joint, but it's a straight-on swivel (like a showerhead.) All of the swivel joints that I've seen in my searches have been offset 90 degrees. It needs to be threaded 3/8 female on one side and male on the other side. Anyone know where I can get something like this or what it's called?

I don't know what it's called, but check in an auto parts store or even a hadware store.
