Question:
it takes it forever to warm up and he has to keep his foot on the gas to keep it running, it also stalling on him even after the vehicle is warmed up. Also does the 92 isuzu have power steering because we couldnt find it and we changed what we thought was the power steering belt but still no power steering and no resevoir for power steering fluid either.

It's probably running too rich. I have an 88 corsica that does the same thing. If it is carb/throttle body, try speeding up the idle by allowing more air to enter the engine by adjusting the throttle plate.
90 Chevy 1500 1/2 ton pulls to the right real hard when you press on the brakes.?
