Where is the power steering reservoir in my 1997 geo metro?

its your control module under the coils or its your cam sensor.

How do I tune a TPS?

Xsara heater/ blower not working sorry will clarify?

ooh... yeah... lets all swing our tackometers back and forth together, to the sound of Cameo on the radio

Is this possible for a honda?

I would fix the problems causing the battery trouble light, & the oil trouble light first. It seems to me that your Tach is the least of your car worries.

Do all 17" wheels fit 205/40/17 tires?

You probably have an electric tachometer and it is moving around because of a bad electrical connection somewhere. The same bad electrical connection is killing your engine causing the warning lights to come on. If the tach is powered by the ignition coil then I would suspect that it is bad. When they (the coil) are going bad they usually get very hot and the engine won't restart until it cools off.

Gear ratio question?

Is the car otherwise running fine? It sounds a lot like symptoms of a slipping transmission.
