replace the wheel studs, get new lugs, and don't over tighten. 90 in/lbs is a good torque for wheel lugs, or whatever your manual says.

u need to go to the tire shop and have new studs put on which is what the lug nuts tighten to

Are you saying that the stud is broken?
What exactly is "messed up" about the wheel? Do you mean the hub?
You'll need a new stud. But you're going to have to find a way to tow your vehicle.
As the other answer wrote, it sounds like you, or your tire folks, overtightened the lug nuts. If you have a torque wrench, you can torque to spec. If not, a good rule of thumb is tight enough that you can't move them, WITH NORMAL EFFORT, then just a little farther.
