Ok so my truck went up to the seats underwater. What Happened to my car?

ok for one ur question makes no sense but if ur meaning what i think u r try the o2 sensers i had the same thing happen to my ford and it was the o2 sense they arntcheap but it might be a quick fix just un do ur battery for about 15 or 20 mins it might work
