Sound like someone spent a lot of money on a typo.The word turning refers to turning brake rotors. It is a way to advertise that they do that service. Rotors are what your brakes press against to stop your vehicle. Rotors will get ridges and grooves in them and sometimes they get out-of-round so they need to be turned down by a brake lathe machine known as "turning" Hope this helps...
