Most garages don't have Airbag scan tools. You should visit the dealer and tell them what is happening. I agree with the person before me, probably just a bad sensor or bad connection to a sensor that is corroded or loose. Have them take a look at it, when it is on.Differential Fluid Replacement?

I would get it checked ASAP. It probably is an airbag sensor, but those sensors are what tell the vehicle when the airbag should deploy. Sad to say, but you probably will have to go to a dealer. Unfortunately Ford only gives such tools to their cronies :-/Alternator and battery both good, car won't start?
