Question:
The other night a nasty wind storm came through the town I live in and I came home to the trunk of my car blown open. The problem now is that the it is bent. It is bowed and can not be shut. I have no idea where to start and need to get it fixed asap. Anyone have any tips for me? The car is an old 77 Buick Lesabre. Thanks.

Get some bungee cords and strap it down to take to the nearest body shop, or call them and maybe they can either tow or trailer it there for you.Be prepared to spend lots of money, unless your car and that sort of damage is covered by your insurance policyMy serpentine/fan belt is squealing; how do i make it stop?
go to a junkyard and get one ..make sure you get the hinges too! ...cost about $20 bucks easy to install! Why won't my car start when it rains?
If you have comprehensive insurance, you can have it fixed for the deductible. If not, I suggest finding someone through friends that knows how to straighten it out.Take it to body repair shop and let them fix it.
Hard to believe people are suggesting going to a body shop...
What could be causing my car to rev high while started?
Just call around and find a junkyard that has one. Or search on www.car-parts.com. Get all the hinges then take it to get a cheap matching paint job (probably under $100) at an Earl Schieb type place.
Somehow I doubt you have low deductible full coverage on a 77 Buick...lol
