First are you sure the washer fluid pump is working? Check that first. Or someone may have once put like liquid dish soap in there to be cheap, that stuff clogs up the little rubber hoses and spray nozzles. Try seeing if you can disconnect the hoses at diffferent places and see if fluid comes out when you run the washers, try and determine where the clog is.check the wiper fluid motor and hoses they sometimes come disconnected
can you hear the pump humming, trying to push the water? Maybe your nozzles or water tubes are clogged. You might be able to remove the tubes if they are easy to reach and clean them out.
If you can't hear the pump, it's probably bad.

check the tips, they may be iced over or plugged up. take a needle, or very thin wire and clean out the ends. the tips are located below the windshield and most likely attached to the underside of the hood, also check that the hoses are clean and free of obstructions and that the pump motor is working. this can be done by having one person press the washer switch and the other listening for the pump working....A Car Engine Has Capacity of 1.6 Liters. the pump may have went out for it,,or the little line got stopped up on it,,it don't take much to stop them up,,check and see if you can hear the pump running when you turn the washer part on,,good luck i hope this help,s.Weird noise from rear brake. Please help?

You have antifreeze in where? Because if you have antifreeze in your radiator, or the spill over for the radiator that's not helpful. There should be another plastic container generally with an attached plastic cap that has a symbol that looks like dotted lines going up to a windshield on it (anything from early 90's on... well maybe not anything, most). That is what should have WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID in it... I hope that you saying antifreeze was a typo, but just to make sure.Need parts for a 1978 buick skylark?
Also what temperature is it around you? I know that mine won't spray right now because it is -5° F around here. I've been told though, that the Prestone windshield washer fluid (yellow container) doesn't freeze up... not had the opportunity to flush my system and try it though.
