I have not done it for awhile, but I need someone to tell me how to bleed my brakes on a 87 chevy nova, thanks

There are two types of systems for windshield installation. One is the "rope" seal, the other is a semi-liquid urethane. Both of these need an activator to properly adhere to metal/paint. If a thin strip of the old urethane is left, an activator isn't needed.

Whats the process start to finish to paint a car?

With either system, a smooth and level surface of urethane is needed for a watertight installation

Why is My car making this weird noise and when in park and accelerated too much the car turns off?

wizjp doesn't know what he's talking about. Hey, wiz, if I give wrong answers all day can I be a top contributor too? To answer the question, it's better to leave a thin layer of urethane sealant from the last windshield. Otherwise you have to use a primer.
