GO CHECK YOUR COMPUTER AT A DEALER MY TOYOTA HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND THE COMPUTER SETTINGS WAS WRONG FOR MY NUMBER TWO INJECTOR HOPE YOU GET IT GOOD ITS A PAIN IN THE BUT I KNOW.bad cylinder.

if it has a throttle position sensor, that may be the problem. it can sometimes go bad.There was an up date involving random misfire. It involved rerouting spark plug wires and installing separator clips. Mainly the coil wire was the problem.Make sure it is running down the inside of the right valve cover near the intake manifold.
Also there have been flash updates added to some vetches. To find out if u have had any performed. Look under the hood. For a gray sticker. It should have a note saying something like. PCM flashed on date. Authorized by tsb #####. There should also be a sticker hand written On your pcm. Telling you your new pcm updated # and also date. If no stickers take to dealer and ask them for any update flashes available. Try not to tell them you have code POO5. Or they will try to charge you for inspection.. Good luck.
PS if all else failes try switching injectors. See if misfire changes.
