What type of oil can I put to the manual transmission of my car?

Question:
the manufacturer (KIA) specifies to use a 75w90 API GL-4 oil in the manual transmission of my RIO but I can“t get the API GL-4 SPEC, is there something I can add to my transmission?
I already tried castrol syntetic 75w90 API GL-5, the first 3 days works perfect but it degrades itself after that.
So what can I use for my transmission?
thanks

Castrol synthetic degrades,, in a manual transmission? that sounds highly inprobable. API: American Petrolium Institute GL-5 rating is a higher standard GL-4. The stuff you got in there should be fine.

Any name brand 80-90 EP (Extreme Pressure) oil will work. It's just an advertising gimmick.
