Question:
My Cadillac 95 Deville leaks inside the trunk by my left rear wheel and also the back of the trunk! Sucks! I want to use black rubber sealent to fix my problem but I'm afraid I might cause water to build up somewhere else in the trunk, later causing rust damage costing a lot of money for repairs. I have already resealed the whetherstriping but my problem continues! Does anyone know what I can do to fix my problems with dealing with the HIGH PRICED DEALERS?

What engine oil do I need for 2 Litre Ford Mondeo GLX (R Reg)?
it might be the weatherstripping on your trunk lid isn't actually sealing against the trunk. Check if thr gaps between trunk and fenders are even and level, if not, this may be the culprit. Go to a body shop and have them "tweak" it. DO NOT go to a mechanic or a dealership, they know how to fix engines etc., not autobody.Body shops are what their name means. They might even find a different leak that you cant find.
