Both can do the work. You may want to shop around and see who is going to offer you the best price and to see who can get it in and out faster. Some body shops will have the car for 3 days if they are really busy. But both the body shop and a normal repair shop are capable of replacing door handles rather it is on the inside or out side. Takes about 30 minutes to do the job.
