I was late for class and I hit a tight turn too soon and my right side hit a curb really hard. Now when I go anything over about 30 or 35 mph, my car sways from left to right and it gets really hard to control. What is it that I need to fix...what kind of mechanic do I take it to? About (WAY ballpark estimate) how much should I expect to pay for it? How long does it take? I need ALL the details. Please help!

What does it need? It needs to be towed into a good shop and evaluated. I have no way of knowing what you bent or broke under there. If you have full coverage insurance which includes collision, it may cover some of the cost of the repair, less your deductible of course. It takes as long as it takes to get the parts if any are needed and get it fixed. No one knows until you take it in, then they can give you all the information.

Call around for estimates on a front end alignment. You don't need both front and rear done, so stick to just a front end one. Most tire places have deals going on from time to time.
The esay and least expensive solution would be that the car is just out of alignment. EASY FIX... The more probable solution would be that something is bent or broken. At 30 mph it doesnt seem very fast but to your car its like hitting your arm with an aluminum baseball bat. Have it checked out right away to provent further damage. Also, what do you mean by wierd? Puls, rattles, shakes? All important info for an accurate diagnosis...
