Will a pre 77 box fit on my 79 f250?

i have a 1979 ford f 250 and need a new box. i found a pre 77 box but dont know if it will work

I think any year from 1973 to 1979 will fit. Be careful if the box you are buying is from a 1973 or 1974 Super Camper Special. Those had the rear axle about 10 inches farther back toward the back of the truck, and wouldn't work for a regular long bed box.
