89 Corolla Carburetor Idle Mixture Question?

My spoiler is a Wings West for my Subaru WRX, but the holes in it make the spoiler fit too high, instead of sitting in the corner of the trunk. The spoiler is made of urethane so I wonder if anyone has done this and if it is possible. If it can be done, great! It will save me money from buying and painting another spoiler.

holes in a trunk lid, sure, bondo them over and move them where ever you want.

I need some advice on a auto vacum business?

to move the actual holes on the wing, no. there are metal posts that are welded into the wing when making it. the bolts screw into these. to screw bolts into any other part of the wing will either crack it or not hold it on the car and at freeway speeds it will be ripped off.
