Volvo 340 (parts changing)?

Question:
I have owners manual for Volvo 340 GL, and i searched the Web but i couldn't find any info about when to change some parts.

Why is it that the air bag warning light is constantly on? Mine is a 97 honda accord.?

I do not know when to change chain, belt and mackerel...it is not written in manual.

the chain is there for the life of the engine, if the car has suffered neglect the chain may stretch, if so the chain,guide and tensioner can be renewed but normally they are there for the life of the car and with a well serviced Volvo that's a very long time
