What could cause a camper refrigerator to not cool when on ac power?

I have a dometic rm2852 refrigerator in a camper. It was plugged in a good 120 voltpower source. The switch is on.

Does it switch from Battery / propane / AC automatically, or is the switch manual?
Is there power from the source (the good 120 V) directly to the refrigerator?
Is there a circuit breaker or fuse in the line?
Does it cool on the battery?
If it cools with the propane, but not with the AC, the refrigerant charge may be low. When on propane, the propane is the refrigerant, and is burned off with the "pilot" light.
