Question:
I keep forgetting to pull my emergency brake lever and I will drive for a while before realizing its still on.Sometimes I wonder if it even works because it doesnt make any weird noses and is not hard to drive with it on. Do you think it even works? Will this hurt my car? I have a 2002 Mecury Mountaineer if it makes a difference.

Electronic Stability Control??
You may have already worn the rear brake shoes so much that the adjustment is out of effective range...check your brake shoes and drums, replace what is needed, and adjust the emergency brake, it is an inspection item.Where can I find a GOOD winshield repair shop in Houston?
you will wear out your e-brake shoes and have to have them replaced.it is not cheapYou will wear out the emergengy break and your rotors. If your brake pedal pulses/shakes when you break then your rotors are warped and you should have them replaced. Depending on how long you breaked for your e-brake pads could be shot also.
Engine problems with a Saffari 95.?
You'll burn up the rear brakesAs the previous answer said, you will wear out your rear brakes extremely fast, but you should have a light on the instrument panel of your vehicle that says "brake", check to make sure this light is out before you get underway, it comes on when the e-brake is still engaged.
