Is my fuel injector clogged up?

Question:
I was driving my car home today and 5 minutes from my house my car felt like it was going to shut off then jerked and went. It kept doing it for a few minutes then it went away. I want to know if my fuel injector is clogged up and will a cleaner help it.

You may have an ignition problem, check your plugs, wires, cap and rotor. If your injectors were fouled up that bad it would be more consistent and that stuff you buy in a bottle wouldn't do anything noticeable.

i own a repair shop,and if it was clogged up,it wouldn't have straitened up,,and ran good again,,it may be a bad fuel filter on it,,but if it is a fuel injector,,you,ll know it because it will do it again,,and real soon,,they usually act up a lot,when their getting clogged up,,drive it a few days,and see if it does it again,,if it does,,you can add some cleaner for the injectors to the gas tank,,and it might help it,,good luck,i hope this help,s.
