Sc400 window problem?

Question:
ya my passenger side window isnt working, its stuck down, when i press the button the lights on my switch go blanks, i hear a lil sumthin from the motor, almost a flinch, but thats it... im sure its not the regulator, because when i plug my good regulator in it doesnt move either. i couldnt find a fuse for it, but that means it could be it, i didnt see any obvios bad connections either...help!
