the perfect heat for burn in 90centigrade in all weather types. if it over 90 centigrade you may have shortage in cooling system in your car. if it under 90centigrade you have over cooling, so the both are shortage in your coolong system. check up the fan THERMOSTAT, its may delay fan do work and delay the water pump to open the coolong cycle.
