How can I hold a crankshaft pulley in order to get the bolt loose?

oxygen is less available at higher altitudes, resulting in poorer
fuel mix combustion in the cylinder.IAC adjusts the fuel/air ratios
to compensate for this effect.too little fuel in the mix is called a
lean mix & can result in a burned piston. too much fuel can
cause excessive carbon buildup on plugs& valves. don't know where you can find a pic or drawing, try googling it
