Will a rear end out of a 72 ford f250 fit in a 71 ford f100 without fitting problems?

Question:
i'm thinking about replacing the rear end in my truck and i dont know if the rear end will fit easily or if there will be any fitting problems, has anyone done anything similair and know if it works? my truck is an f100 1/2 ton and the donor truck is a 72 f250 3/4ton. the f250 has a limited slip diff. while mine has a standard diff.
