Dodge Grand Caravan electrical problems? Need Mechanic to help pinpoint cuz I'm broke! HELP!?

Question:
Hey, any mechanics out there, please help me figure out what went wrong with my van! I have a 2000 Grand Caravan with about 140K mi on it. Tonight, when started, I had no blinkers or parking lights, no heater fan working, ABS light on, no door locks, Airbag light on, horn doesn't work. Since I have virtually no $$, I'm hoping it is something simple like a fuse, but I need some advice on what it may be.
Before this happened, I had continual problems with the passenger-side blinker turning itself off without turning and when the headlights were on the radio would buzz. Without the headlights on the radio was fine.
Please offer your expert advice. This is the second Dodge I've owned and because of these problems now and previous problems with my last, I don't think I will buy Dodges anymore.
Thanks in advance for any help!

BLUEPOINT 3/8 air ratchet?

on these vans the BCM was a problem point, I'm not 100% sure it controls all of what you are describing, but it controls a lot. The body control modual is not cheap either and it is a pain in the *** to replace. I've had to do a few. also, if the battery is going dead it can cause mixed signals in the BCM and cause all sorts of wierd things to happen, Other then that, it could be hundreds of things that could be causeing this problem. Take it to a garage and have it diagnosed or it will cost you more in the long run just throwing parts at it.

I just finishing putting brake pads on front of 2003 Caravan why this little cliking noise?

I'm no mechanic or car expert but I do know that intermittent shorts in your vehicle's electrical system are virtually impossible to locate unless and until the short is occurring and only when the vehicle is hooked up to an electrical analyzer.

is it true that a garage will not take your car in part exchange if it has been involved in an accident?

check the battery earth is clean and tight also follow the earth lead from the battery to the engine and check its tight.the same with the positive lead on the battery and check the large positive lead on the back of the alternator. If that is ok test all fuses and fusable links with a test light
