Im lookin to add more power to my 5.3L 24 sierra i am lookin to buy headers and cold air intake what else can i get i have a aftermaket muffler on now so if any one can help ill appericate.

sounds like you're doing what you can. you can change the cam, and get your prom chip in the computer burned to match the mods you put on. turbo or super charging is another option,. how much do you want to spend? the mods you are doing are the low cost options. price goes up from there.
