The hazard lights only work when I use the turn signal at the same time.?
So you want more power?
General tuning principles will apply. Make it breath better first. Free flow air filter, decent power making exhaust and manifold. Then remap the motor to suit.
Next step. Up the compression a bit, add a bit more cam ( fast road/rally) and remap.
Then its cylinder head work. Porting and polishing the valve throats and the inlet tract. Maximise airflow. Remap.
Then you rebuild the bottom end with stronger, lighter parts, pistons, conrods, crank and flywheel.
Balance the lot.
More head work.
Another remap.
etc etc.

how do i get at the fuel lift pump on diesal 2 litre hdi picasso?
Hope that helps bud.
the simplest way to get a quick increase is to do the three basic upgrades, Chip, Cat back exhaust system and better air filter/ induction kit, this should give about a 20-30bhp increase and an increase in torque.
Can throwing hot water on a windshield that's frosted over crack the windshield?
Although they both are 2litre's they aren't the same overall engine I'm afraid. There are some major differences, and the cheapest way to get the power of the Type R is to trade you S in and buy one.More Questions & Answers ...
