I have a white slurry on my oil dipstick,no indication of antifreeze in the oil.?
When you press on the brake, it presses down on the brake switch module (brake sensor) which then connects the electricity to go to the brakes. Well apparently this is rusted or frozen an need to replace it. Very simple to do, IF you had had the manual to do it.

What makes a Cat. Convertor go bad?
Check the brake light switch,it may be stuck closed,it should be on the pedal linkage or possibly a hydraulically operated switch on the master cylinder or brake line.My 53 Chrysler had a hydraulic brake switch which did the same thing because the master cylinder had a pressure relief valve that was bad,it would build up pressure in the brake system and apply the brake lights sometimes.I used to carry a line wrench to crack open a bleeder valve to release the pressure, then it would be ok for a week or so.More Questions & Answers ...
