Your turn signal and hazards share the same flasher, and it is located on the fuse/junction box by the drivers left foot.
The flasher is a black box at the top of the box that faces the driver, and looks a little large for a flasher (2"x2"x1.5"). The original has latches on the left and right of it that you will have to squeeze to release it.
