Question:
I have not drove the car all weekend. It got below 0 here. I thought that the cold effected my battery but got it checked and it's ok. What else could it be?? The car almost starts sometimes but just won't completely run. What other possible problems are there?? I don't have a garage where I can just move the car into to thaw out.

It sounds like a good old case of "fuel line freeze", You might try putting in some gas line antifreeze, and hope it work it's way down to the freeze, but, putting it in a garage would be the best, I have heard of using a hair dryer to thaw the gas line...but be carefull not to get it to hot. Try shooting some starter fluid in while someone crank's it over...if it try's to start and run's a little, it's the fuel line froze

Its the cold effect on the battery, you cant check your battery until you load it when you turn on the ignition, it puts the battery underload of the starter....thats when your battery drops in voltage. Put a meter on the battery and have someone turn the key, see what the voltage drops to.changing the high tail brake light bulb on a peugeot 206?
