I just installed this motor and have never seen this before. It runs good and has a lot of power so i dont think it's the rings. I changed the PCV it seems to make it worse. I'm at my wits end.

i own a repair shop,and it may have a bad pcv valve on it this is what releases the back pressure on the engine,,if not id say you have a small hole burnt in a piston,its something causing a lot of back pressure inside of the engine,,try taking the oil cap off of it and starting it,,if it blows out then it has internal problems,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s,happy new years.Will waterglass fix my head gasket leak?
There is a blockage in your PCV system or combustion pressure in the crankcase which is very bad. You can change oil pan to a deep sump and a windage tray that would slow down the turbulence.I would start with a through check of the PCV system to include hoses,fittings (ect. ect.) hope you get 'r done 'cause that is a very sweet ride you have. is this motor new?do a compression test on it. if one of the cylinders isn't the same as the others, there's your trouble.Since you just installed the motor, and forgive me if this sounds stupid, it may be possible that the crank case is over filled. This is just a guess, but sometimes the crank case capacities change on newer model years. Other than that I half to agree with the crank case pressure relief theory. Good luck, I hope it is something simple and inexpensive.

I have seen this before . check the plumbing from the pcv , I have seen the tube into the spacer plate below the carb gummed up with carbon. make sure you are clear. check for proper carb mounting gaskets.. When you pull out the pcv while its running is there any vacum ? there should be a good volumn of air sucking into the line.More Questions & Answers ...
