i was in a car accident and my rear tire is bent maybe the axcel my kelly blue book value of my car is 7,800, my car is in great condition before the accident. i still owe like 12,000 on it. can anyone tell me if they will total it and what will happened to the 12,000 i still owe.

i own a repair shop,and they,ll total it out,,and more than likely the pay off is a lot less minus the interest on it,,but id say they will right it off for you ,,usually in these cases they pay the remaining balance off on it,,you don't owe no more,,but you no longer have a car either,,this is usually how its done,you may come out of a few hundred dollars to the good,it has happened before,good luck with it,hope this help,s,happy new years.
