Fuel problem with Ford F-150 (Part 2)?

I'll bet you're noticing some steering peculiarities, too. Sounds like somebody buggered up one of your front wheel bearings when they did the brakes and the sound is probably the tire rubbing some part of the fender well because the bearing is failing. Look at the angle of the front tires from dead on straight ahead. One or the other should not be leaning excessively. Check the fenderwells for rubber marks-it could be simply that the mechanic left some piece of the fenderwell/shielding bent out of the way of his work area and it's contacting the tire. (A much easier fix!)

I have a 1950 GMC truck, and my lights wont work!!?

Go back to the shop that did the work. Several things could be wrong, all which affect your safety. A brake pad could be hung up and rubbing the rotor, a wheel bearing could be installed improperly and is heating up, the brake line, rubber, could be rubbing a tire or something else.
Jack up the vehicle front end, one side at at time, and turn the wheels/tires by hand. The noisy one should be evident right away.
If you can't return to the shop that did the work, go to a tire shop and have someone take a look. This could be a very unsafe situation. Good luck.
