What does the little snow flake mean?
Does it have its own switch? If not, it needs to be wired to a switchable wire. Like the running light circuit. This would make it on all the time when the tail-lights/running lights are on though. If it has its own switch you can run a wire from it all the way to the front and wire it to the fuse panel to either a circuit that is "hot" all the time with the key off (be sure and turn the light off when you are not using it!) or to a switched source, that is a "hot" circuit that is only hot with the key on like an accessory circuit.(This is the best choice as when the key is off you don't have to be concerned with someone leaving the light on and running your battery dead) Plan "Z" is if it has wiring on the truck from the factory for a camper. There should be a wire in the loom that is hot all the time. Wire it too this "hot" wire. This is the easiest. Just make sure which ever way you wire it to the circuit is protected with the correct size fuse! In order for the light to work it also needs a ground (B- or negative). This wire from the light can be hooked up to the camper loom ground wire or you can fasten it to the frame. Confused yet? Good luck! It's really not that hard.Ford Escape 2007 Hybrid Oil Filter change?
Do you already have a "bed light"? You could hook it up there, and control it off the bed switch.Wwhy is my trucks interior by the passenger side feet leaking engine collant?
The wire is usually plus (+) the other side goes to ground.well it all depends on if you want to cut the light on and off wth a switch with the treuck key on or off with the key off you can wire it with a 10 or 15 amp fuse to the pos. side of th battery and a good ground (-) side (metal) or any 12 volt power point on the truck
