How do you remove the valves, valve seals from a VW 1.8 4cylinder head?

Had a head redone then it sat and got debri in it, now I want to take out the valves myself and clean them, but not sure how?

Using a valve spring compressor tool, you compress the valve to get to the retaining clip and there ya go!
