How can i fix a rusted leather steering wheel?

hey everyone.. i bought a new car.. and it drives great.. the only problem is that the streering wheel leather (or maybe denim.. not sure) is rusted.. u can see that in this link pic

does anyone knows how to either replace the top part only of the steering wheel.. or some kind of product sold outside to make it look good again...

You might try leather cleaner, saddle soap to try and clean it up...if it cleans up good, use some of that protector spray on it.

here's the old fashion way how to.. OK you wash it down in some warm soap water then you scrub really hard then you get some chain oil then you rub that on then you scrub it off hard then you get some rust stain polish and let it soak for 3min at the max. if that doesn't work go to a car dealer and get it fixed..
